Terms and Conditions
Please be sure to take careful note of the production lead time on items ordered. We do not keep stock of all items therefore all orders need to go into production. All lead times can be found on the item description. No urgent orders will be accepted.
If a refund needs to be done in the case of not following our lead times or canceling an order within the first 24 hours of purchase, banking details will need to be provided to us via email. Please note that an admin and bank charge fee will be deducted from your total purchase cost depending on how the payment was made to us.
General Terms of Service :
This website is operated by Forget Me Not Crafts. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a product from us, you are engaging in our “ Service” and therefore agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Prices displayed online are inclusive of vat.
Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and processed by Forget Me Not Crafts. If payment fails for any reason including the account not existing, false credit card information, insufficient funds etc. the sale will be considered void and therefore canceled.
Orders not paid within 72 hours ( 3 days) will be canceled unless payment confirmation has been obtained from the client and any sale or promotional item orders that have not been paid for within 24 hours of the will be canceled.
We do not have a return or exchange policy and therefore advise all correct information be provided for custom items and absolute certainty of purchase be made before going ahead with your order. This includes all products especially slippers, gowns and socks which are manufactured specifically to your order.
Incorrect orders – meaning mistakes from Forget Me Not Crafts will be replaced- free of charge within 24 hours after delivery confirmation from the courier company has been received. We will NOT refund unless we are unable to complete the order. If a complaint is lodged after 24 hours, Forget Me Not Crafts will not act upon the complaint and the order will be regarded as settled. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: YOU AS THE CLIENT HAVE 24 HOURS, INCLUDING WEEKENDS TO LODGE A COMPLAINT REGARDING YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE EXCUSE “IT WAS A WEEKEND OR PUBLIC HOLIDAY” AFTER 24 HOURS WE WILL SEND A NEW INVOICE FOR AN ORDER THAT HAS TO BE REDONE.
Courier / Delivery Service :
Forget Me Not Crafts will always try and ensure that orders are dispatched to reach you on time, however, we cannot take responsibility for any error in delivery by the courier company. No deliveries are made over weekends and we reserve the right to not ship any orders for urgent deliveries unless at the request of you (the client) with a written acceptance from you of the possible risk of an extra cost.
You as the client have the choice, regarding insurance on your parcel, Forget Me Not Crafts will not take any responsibility for any damaged or lost goods during and after the courier process. Once the parcel is handed to the courier company from Forget Me Not Crafts, it is no longer our product and is now in possession of the courier company. We will assure to send your parcels ahead of time (that is also why it is important to order in advance) and inform the client of when the parcel should be delivered. It is your (the client’s) responsibility to request insurance to be added. This will protect you as the client if the parcel is damaged in the courier process or for some reason gets lost.
Delivery with Courier takes 3-4 working days. The Courier Company does not deliver on weekends/public holidays. Monday-Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
You as the client will be provided with the tracking number and your parcel
can be tracked on https://thecourierguy.pperfect.com/. It is NOT Forget Me Not Crafts responsibility to track your parcel or to deal with any complaints addressed to the courier company.
We make use of The Courier Guy 0861 203 203, and explain your enquiry to the person on the other end. Please do not send us hate mail regarding the courier department, seeing as we will not play middleman and deal with the situation. In some cases we do step in when absolutely needed. Once we have sent you a tracking no, there is not really much more info we can give to you regarding delivery.
Forget Me Not Crafts cannot take any responsibility if the courier company messes up. Please assure that you do not give us the date of the event for the products to be delivered. For example; if you need the products by the 10th of June, the date you will give us is 5th of June. This allows for a bit of playing time if something happens and the courier cannot deliver in time.
It is VERY important to assure that the address provided to Forget Me Not Crafts is correct and that the contact number is one that they can get a hold of you. If any of these are incorrect and your parcel cannot be delivered due to these reasons, it is your (the client’s) responsibility to sort it out with the company. The courier company will phone TWICE if they are at the address provided and no one makes an appearance if no answer they will take it back to the warehouse and deliver on the next working day. They do send us an email updating us if they tried to delivery and it is not successful. We will forward that email to you as well.
YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO SEND YOUR OWN COURIER, PLEASE JUST PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AS WELL AS A CONTACT NUMBER AND WE WILL ADVISE DATE OF COLLECTION AND PREFERRED TIME FRAME.
Modification of Services and Prices:
Product prices are subject to change without notice. Forget Me Not Crafts reserves the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue a product without notice.
Products are manufactured by Forget Me Not Crafts and we therefore retain all copyright and other rights to services including listings, images, videos, database and all other information ( “Property Protection” ) Modification, reproduction, selling, reselling and publication of the protected property without written consent is prohibited by Forget Me Not Crafts. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Service disruption & changes in General condition:
We, Forget Me Not Crafts, reserve the right to discontinue the functionality of the site at any time. Although we will do our best to continuously be online, we cannot account for cases in which the page may be unavailable for a time period. Forget Me Not Crafts also reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. If you do not agree with the terms of this site you cannot use our service. Any changes in the T’s & C’s will be stated on the site and you will be required to accept the T’s & C’s whenever a transaction is made on our website. We reserve the right to ban any individual or website domain from making use of our services for any reason at any time.
