Personalised products
Most FMNC products are personalised or made to order specifically for the customer. For that reason, change-of-mind returns are generally not available once custom design or production has started.
Problems with an order
If FMNC has supplied an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, contact us with clear photographs and your order information so the issue can be assessed. Valid remedies are handled in line with applicable South African consumer law.
Approved designs
Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling and layout on supplied mock-ups before approval. Changes after approval may require additional work and cost.
